I believe that there are a lot of people in this world that have some form of Extra Sensory Perception. And yet not many people attempt to tap into this perception. I can recall countless times where I'm driving down the road and I stop at a traffic light. I glance over to the sidewalk and see someone walking down the sidewalk, minding their own business.
When I imagine myself in their shoes, (so to speak) I know that what they see out of the side of their eye is just some cars waiting at a traffic light. Nothing out of the ordinary about that. So no real reason to look directly at the cars. It's nothing that you haven't already seen a thousand times in the past. And, (of course) no real reason to look at someone in particular that is sitting in one of those cars. Especially if you're just walking along and minding your own business.
So what causes someone that is walking down the sidewalk, to look directly at you sitting in your car, simply because you glanced over at them? The feeling that you're being watched? And how do you get this feeling? Where does it come from?
This is why I believe that a lot of people in this world have this Extra Sensory Perception. With the ability to know (on a subconscious level) that someone is looking at them, or watching them, before they even look in that general direction.
